Very interesting read! Finding this after publishing my first ebook with all kinds of visual & audio resources linked throughout. My idea was to bring novelty to an ebook, so love that this article found me when it did! Very validating
Really interesting article, especially the Vittorio Gallese experiment you mentioned. Even though I'm not a very creative writer someone who can write impressive stories or novels—I found the scientific studies mentioned quite interesting, as they covered things I didn't know about. But I can see how this could be helpful for creative writers.

Oh, that's such a great compliment. Thanks. :)
What's your book about?
It’s called “My Inner Critic & Me: Heal The Relationship with Self Using a Trauma Informed and Neuroscience perspective”
it’s a multimedia ebook and has audio clips, YouTube videos, linked podcasts and other free online resources throughout the ebook.
The premise of the ebook is that having a secure attachment with yourself becomes a catalyst for change in the healing process!
Oh wow. That sounds very interesting. Would love to check it out if you could direct me there.
Absolutely! I have a link in my bio. But the direct link to the ebook is on here
